What is Propella ?¶
Propella is a smart, scalable property listing and management platform built with Laravel. It allows admins, agencies, agents, staff, and users to collaborate efficiently in listing, managing, and exploring real estate properties. Propella supports modern features like virtual property visits, Zoom/Google Meet integration, and subscription-based monetization.
How Propella Works?¶
Propella is designed around a role-based system, providing dedicated panels for each type of user. Admins configure the system and oversee all data. Agencies manage their team and property listings. Agents handle property details and user interactions. Staff operate based on permission roles. Users browse, save, and interact with properties. Each panel is purpose-built to streamline tasks and enhance the user experience.

The Admin Panel is the central control unit of the platform. Admins have full authority to manage agents, agencies, users, and staff accounts. They can change the status of properties created by agents or agencies, monitor the entire property listing workflow, and handle pricing plans. Through this panel, the admin also manages global configuration, system settings, and overall platform behavior.
The Staff Panel operates under the Admin’s supervision and is fully role-based. Staff users are granted access based on permissions set by the admin. Depending on the access level, staff may assist in managing users, moderating content, reviewing inquiries, handling pricing plans, and supporting administrative tasks assigned through the permission system.
The Agency Panel is dedicated to real estate agencies, providing a dashboard where they can manage agents, oversee properties created by their agents, and track financial transactions. Agencies can also manage agent contact requests, property visit requests, platform notifications, and view agency reviews submitted by users. Additionally, they can handle their own subscription plan status from this panel.
Agents, working under an agency, use this panel to create and manage property listings, respond to agency or user contact requests, and coordinate property visit requests. The Agent Panel includes access to real-time notifications, helping agents stay updated on interactions and tasks.
The User Panel is designed for property seekers and buyers. Users can directly contact agents or agencies, schedule property visits, receive system notifications, and manage their interaction history. The panel also includes features like adding properties to a favorite list and comparing multiple properties through the compare list functionality.
